• Online coaching and workshops for tools like Power BI, MySQL, and MS Excel.
• Self-paced courses, live classes, and downloadable materials available for purchase online.
• Certification (if mentioned in course details) upon successful completion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to register and enroll in our courses.

3. Course Access and Delivery

• After a successful payment, access to course materials (video links, downloadable content, live class links, etc.) will be granted via email or your student dashboard.
• Live sessions will be conducted on platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, as per schedule shared at the time of enrollment.
• Course access duration varies per program and will be mentioned clearly before purchase.

4. Payment and Fees

• All fees are clearly mentioned on each course page.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, PhonePe.
• All transactions will be in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive for satisfaction, but please note the following refund policy:

• Refund Eligibility:
  Refund requests will be accepted only if made within 24 hours of purchase, and before attending any live session or accessing more than 10% of the course content.
• Non-Refundable Situations:

• Once a live session is attended.
• If downloadable content has been accessed.
• If more than 10% of the course has been consumed.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    Email us at [insert official email]with your name, payment details, and reason for the refund. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

• Not to copy, share, or distribute course materials without written permission.
• Not to record or reproduce live sessions without prior consent.
• To provide accurate information at the time of registration.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, exercises, templates, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Dubs Automation and may not be reused or redistributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dubs Automation is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from course use.
• Technical issues or interruptions beyond our control (e.g., internet downtime, platform failures).

• Course outcomes may vary by individual. We do not guarantee job placement or specific results.
• Our courses are designed for educational purposes only and are not affiliated with any official certification bodies unless otherwise specified.
